It is a water based printing paste used to obtain elastic and soft touching silver pearl effect in textile printing. It can be printed on cotton and white and light colored cotton – polyester blend fabrics. It has a good shinning effect and washing fastness, the simmer doesn't lose the shinning effect even after months.In order to have more covering, colour productivity and elasticity in the print of Silver simmer-WB double print is advised with flash cure. 

Mesh:
  • Silk screens that are made of 32 cm/80 inch mesh 80 micron silk. 43 cm/110 inch mesh 70 micron silk should be used.

Squeegees:
  • 57 - 62 Shore U type squeegee should be used.

Curing:
  • Should be cured at 160 °C/320ËšF for 1,5 minutes.

Reflective ink is a Water-based inks formulated for direct printing on textiles. The base is combined with aluminum-coated glass beads to produce a highly reflective ink. This base is non-pigmented/noncolored. It is a ready colored ink. We have Reflective ink for Direct Printing and Reflective Sheets which is for Transfer printing.  These Reflective inks are made up of a carrier base and small reflective glass beads.

Process:
  • Always stir the ink thoroughly before printing. Stirring the ink distributes the beads more evenly throughout the carrier before the design is printed. One flood coat and one squeegee print will generally yield the most reflectivity. Printing in this manner will allow the base coat to settle into the fabric, leaving the reflective particles on top where they can catch the light. Multiple print strokes will lay down too much of the base and the reflective beads won’t sit on top of the fabric evenly or catch the light properly.

Mesh:
  • Mesh count from 32 T (80 Nylon) is highly recommended. Using a mesh count that’s too fine will strain the reflective particles from the carrier base. Less reflective beads mean less reflectivity. It’ll also result in a mesh that’s clogged with reflective beads.

Squeegees:
  • 75 durometer or triple durometer 70/90/70 Squeegee blade Sharp, straight edge

Curing:
  • Curing is to be done at 340-350 F (171-177 C) for the entire film

Ecosol E1 is Non PVC, Phthalate and Formaldehyde high solid content, waterbase thermoplastic acrylic.

Ecosol E1 System is an excellent product for use for printing depth dark shade on light color fabrics where excellent finish, elastomeric and soft hand feel are required. Motive printed with Ecosol will have excellent elastomeric properties, good washing fastness properties, good crocking properties and high color brilliancy.

Ecosol E1 System consists of White, High Opaque Base, and Clear. Printers are recommended to match colors using Pigments concentrated colors for optimum colors and performance.


Mesh:

  • 32T~43T (80-100) mono-filament for Metallic, Glitter, and Shimmer. 49~52S(120-130) mono-multi filament for under base white. 77~120S (200-300) mono-multi filament for detail print or for out line and tone on fabric

Sqeegers:
  • 55/65 sore hardness: For excellent opacity on printing under base white, are recommended. 65 sore hardness : For wet on wet for multi color printing. 75/85 sore hardness :For detail and fine toning effect.

Curring Condition:
  • For maximum fastness, prints are to be cure at 150ºC/302°F. Airflow recommended is 1500 cfm/ 46cmm for 2 minutes.

Type of Fabrics:
  • Cotton, Blends Cotton Polyester and some stretchable Cotton /Nylon

Color Matching:
  • Always use Ecosol E1 Opaque Base in color matching. Commonly 10 to 15% of Pigments are used to achieve desire color. High glossy color can be achieved by using Ecosol E1 Clear. Use small dosage of Ecosol E1 White when opacity and pastel color effect are required.

The Photochromic Product changes colours when exposed to sunlight and revert to its original colour when the sunlight is dimmed or blocked. After absorbing the energy of sunlight, its molecule structure is changed which causes its absorbed wavelength to be changed allowing the colour to appear. The photochromic dye reacts to sunlight only when dissolved in a binder, Polarity of the medium is directly related to the colour.


Color Application:
  • DIrect Mixing of basic colors By the three primary colors ( Blue, Red, Yellow), you can create new colors as your expectation. For Example. Photochromic Yellow mixture with Photochromic Blue gives Photochromic green, when exposed in sunlight. When not exposed in sunlight it looks colorless.
  • Coating Layer The color can be changed from one to another by applying a combination of Photochromic inks with regular pigments in multiple-layer coatings for Example Print base coat with regular colour like Blue ink and over that print Photochromic Yellow which gives Green colour when exposed to sunlight and remaining blue colour without sunlight

Discharge Binder for textile printing suitable for printing on cotton fabrics dyed with dischargeable dyestuff. The product allows to obtain very bright colours on dark fabrics using suitable pigments. The main characteristics are: soft hand feel , discharge reaction deep and uniform, wet-on-wet printability, superior colours brightness. The result in discharge reaction and the quality of the final print depends on the quality of the dyestuff used to dye. This DIscharge comes with White and Clear. 

Fabric:
  • Cotton and Cotton Blend dyed with vinyl sulfone reactive dyestuff also known as Remazol dyes, this makes the dyes much longer-lasting in water! with good to excellent discharging level.

Mesh and Screen Making:
Use only water resist direct in direct emulsion.
  • Over expose stencil are recommended for assurance of stencil the durability. Under expose stencil may cause pinhole leaking.
  • Mesh recommended range from 39T (100) to 77T (200) metric counts. Finer mesh is for detail and normally will be chosen as the last screen color.
  • Screen tension for manual machines should not be lesser than 20 Newton. As for automatic machine always use no lesser than 30 Newton. Low Screen tension will result in smearing and low detail print.

Curing:
  • Discharge Paste will release off odor and can be irritating and revulsion to many people during the discharging take place. Therefore a good ventilated and exhaust system dryer are recommended. The discharging temperature is at 150°C and the completion of the discharging and color polymerization will take a minimum of 120 seconds. Minimum airflow recommended is 2500 cfm to assure that the print will not retain odors and unwanted residue.

Squeegees:
  • Squeegee hardness recommended for wet on wet printing should not be more than 65 sore and not less than 50 sore. A double hardness squeegee will be good.

Application Process:
  • Always print the darkest color first. The lightest color need to be printed last for excellent color brightness. Flood screen after every print stroke for good ink deposit when printing. Use low squeegee pressure for a maximum ink deposit on fabric. High squeegee pressure will cause poor quality discharging, heavy color penetrate through the fabric and makes hand feel harder. Cure the printed garment immediately into the dryer once printing completed.

This system consists of two different pastes which are Auto Crack White and Auto Crack Clear.

Auto Crack White is a high opaque white and Auto Crack Clear is Clear base , which both of them form a super hard dry film with low coalescing properties when dry. These are ready for use water base cracking ink that can be screen printed immediate out of its can.

Auto Crack White is an excellent product for use on dark fabrics where maximum opacity with cracking finish is required, where else Auto Crack Clear is a highly translucent base that can be used in conjunction with a wide range of waterbased pigment concentrated to achieve desire colors of the crack print.

Process:
  • Underbase should be touch dry prior laying down the cracking paste. First Print 1 Time Auto Crack basecoat that should be touch dry prior laying down the cracking paste. then print Auto Crack White / Clear mixed Colour 2 Times with 3 Strock. Natural Dry the fabric, you can see the Crack immediately, don't remove the fabric from table/ pallet before complete cracking, as Cracking will not happen once removed from pallet.

Mesh:
  • 43S/110S - 49S/120S mono-filament at 20 Newton for high opacity. 39T/100T-51T/130T mono-filament at 20 Newton for cracking paste with emulsion thickness of 200µm. 100 Nylon Mesh.

Squeegees:
  • For maximum opacity 50/60 durometer hardness squeegees are recommended for underbase. To achieve an excellent cracking effect use 45/55 durometer hardness squeegees. Soft tables are most and multiple squeegee strokes are recommended to improve on cracking ink deposit.

Drying:
  • All underbase should be touch dry prior laying down the cracking paste. To achieve even cracking, all intermediate cracking color is to be cool air dry at temperature below 50°C/122°F. Final drying and cracking are suggested at 150°C/302°F for 3 minutes with Airflow recommended are 2500 cfm/70.79cmm for proper polymerization.
