It is PVC Free Phathalate Free Screen Printing Inks with good washing fastness and Stretchability. It has Colours, High density and Puff.  It is an excellent product for use for printing depth dark shade on dark color fabrics where excellent elastomeric and hand feel is required. Print with Plastisol will show good elastomeric properties, high washing fastness properties and high color brilliancy. The crocking (wet and dry) fastness for print will show excellent results. It can be used in both Direct printing and Screen Transfer Printing to print labels and Transfer Sticker.  All direct Basic colours are available in PVC ink. The Printers has to match the shade of their buyer Requirement.   

Mesh:
  • Printers are advice to use only direct in direct emulsion. Capillary film are recommended for high density printing (Call your emulsion supplier for water resist emulsion). Mesh Type 32T (80) monofilament for Puff, Metallic, Glitter, and Shimmer. 49-77T (120-200 )monofilament for solid graphic design. 77-90T (200-225) monofilament for under base and details. 120T (300) monofilament for detail print or for out line and process printing.

Squeegees:
  • For excellent opacity on printing under base white, 65 sore hardness squeegees are recommended. Soft tables are most suitable for opacity or high-density effect. We will suggest that a silicon rubber, to be place on top of the printing pellet to improve the printing table hardness. Squeegee hardness of 75/85 was recommended for detail and fine toning effect.

Curing:
  • For maximum fastness, prints are to be cure at 160°C or 320°F. Airflow recommended is 2000 cfm for 120 seconds at ink film thickness below 35 micron.

Phthalate free Plastisol ink is most popular and efficient ink used in both Screen Printing and Transfer Printing. Phthalate free is opaque plastisol printing inks which contain PVC but doesn't contain phtalates. Screen printing Phthalate ink is easy to print, does not dry in the screen, is opaque on dark garments, and features great adhesion to most t-shirt, athletic jerseys, hoodies, heat transfers, and most textiles in general. Heat Press is required after Printing for soft feeling and high washing fastness.
