• It is Polyester Glitter Powder, with good washing Durability and we have around 40 Shades and it does not fade after heating. 
• It is a Phthalate free PVC GLitter paste that has a bright, elasticy and soft touching of glitter effect on textile printing. Glitter Base is a high clarity clear ready for use of TPL ink functioning as glitters and metallic paste . Glitter Base is an excellent product for use where excellent glossiness finish and excellent soft hand feel is required glitters and metallic effect are required. Glitter Base has good washing fastness on polyester glitters, coated metallic and bronze, Copper powder. 
• Mixing Raito- In order to have a glitter effect with Glitter Paste ; Glitter Paste - 800-900 g Glitter Powder - 100-200 g
• Mesh: 8-12 S meshes in Polyester 20- 40 Mesh in Nylon
• Squeegees: Use 55/65 sore hardness squeegees for underbase. For effect 65/75 sore hardness.
• Curing: For maximum fastness, prints are to be cure at 160/320°F for 3 minutes Air flow recommended are 2000 cfm/56 m3 /min for proper polymerization.

Using exclusive process our supplier makes the beads have smooth, wear resistance excellent. It is never aging and broken, is optimal for dispersion of high or higher viscosity pastes. 

Mesh:

• We recommend a stencil of 200 to 300 micron thickness with mesh count of 100-140 ( 40 T-56 T)

Process of Printing:

• First Screen printing, then lightly sprinkle on the caviar beads or pass the garment through a box of caviar beads. Note: The ink (Caviar Bead adhesive) must be wet at this point. When applied, the caviar beads will stick to the wet Adhesive.

• The print must be heat cured at 320F (160C) until the entire thickness of the ink is cured. The cured print should stretch and retract without breaking or cracking. If the print cracks, it is a sign of under cure and the print must be cured at a longer time or a hotter temperature (or sometimes both).
